Too many workers are killed, get injured, or are made ill on-the-job in the United States.
Overwhelmingly, these deaths, injuries and illnesses are preventable.

The Occupational Safety & Health Law Project works to strengthen health and safety protections and empower workers to improve safety and health protections on the job.
Through education about workers’ legal rights and how to excerise those rights, appellate litigation in cases involving health and safety issues, legal strategies to enhance workers’ rights to safe and healthy workplaces, and providing expert advice and technical assistance, the OSH Law Project works to make sure no worker is killed, injured, or made ill at work, and that all workers receive adequate compensation for any harm they have suffered if an accident or illness occurs.
